“It was on July 25th when I first started training with Carlien. I simply told her that I wanted to strengthen my back in preparation for my 10-day Vipassana retreat. She designed a step-by-step plan, we identified my strengths and weaknesses, and we laughed a lot along the way.
Now, seven months later, the transformation has been incredible! Not only did I complete my Vipassana retreat without any back issues, but I also lost 15 kg, became the fittest I’ve ever been, and even started jogging—something I used to hate but now genuinely enjoy! I’m even considering a biathlon.
As my in-person training with Carlien comes to an end due to upcoming changes, we’ll continue working together online. I can’t thank her enough for her guidance and support.
